Continuous Improvement Program Manager
Nikki Reiter joins the VPFO Project Management Office from the Integrated Renewal Program (IRP) – Student, where she served as Acting Associate Director, Transformation & Change Management leading a team of change management specialists to support UBC’s transition to Workday Student. Prior to the IRP, Nikki first joined UBC in 2011, and has held a number of roles in both academic and administrative units, primarily at the Okanagan campus. She has also spent time with the Interior Health Authority as a Project Lead.
Nikki is passionate about supporting the UBC community using her knowledge of stakeholders, acquired during her leadership of various cross-functional projects.
Nikki is currently pursuing an MBA with Carleton University, holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree of Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor, has certifications in Change Management and Project Management from UBC’s Sauder School of Business, and is a certified PMP from the Project Management Institute.
