UBC Operational Excellence has received funding and endorsement from the President’s Executive Management Team to partner with Nous Group (Nous) and Cubane Consulting (Cubane) to conduct a project to advance UBC’s vision of service transformation to achieve operational excellence.
The project aims to support UBC’s use of UniForum data across UBC IT, Finance, and HR to identify, prioritize, and pursue improvement opportunities in collaboration with functional leaders, service delivery teams, and faculties.
The project will run for approximately 16 weeks from November 2022 to March 2023 and deliver operational improvement roadmaps for defined service activities within each functional area, supported by success measures and benefits plans.
