Now that you have submitted your Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt report for your certification, you are encouraged to continue to monitor the results that you have set in your goals on a quarterly basis once you reach the Implementation stage of your project.
Benefits Realization Management (BRM) provides us with a way to measure how projects and programs add value to the organization and ultimately answers: what does this project want to achieve?
Operational Excellence has created a BRM SharePoint site to post the tracking of your results on a quarterly basis. Within the SharePoint page, you will find the name of your project pre-populated. The ongoing monitoring of these results is important for the VPFO and UBC as it will allow us to continuously improve by generating capacity, reducing costs and waste. Please note that your managers, Business Unit Directors and AVPs will have viewing access as well.
The next BRM results for your project are due on April 15, 2023 for the reporting period of January 1–March 31, 2023.
