Finance & HR IRP Benefits Realization Management to cease monthly reporting in April 2023  

Since 2020, Integrated Renewal Program’s Benefits Realization Management (IRP BRM) has been providing visibility into UBC’s journey towards achieving the benefits of implementing Workday HR and Finance.

IRP BRM has acted as the central platform to drive accountability and communicate results. With every capability and outcome achieved, BRM drew a direct line of sight between implementing Workday and our strategic plan’s core pillar of system renewal.

Now in its third year and with the current fiscal year coming to a close, IRP BRM will wind down and cease monthly tracking and reporting at end of FY22/23. This means HR and Finance BRM dashboard and scorecards updates will end after March results are published in April 2023.

For key contacts who are involved with monitoring BRM measures, you can expect the following to stay the same: 

  • The IRP Dashboard and Scorecard history will continue to be available through the OpEx SharePoint site
  • All Workday reports used to generate the measures will remain available in Workday – those with access can continue to monitor these measures on an ongoing basis and discuss progress with your teams

What will change: 

  • Monthly updates to the Dashboard and Scorecard will cease, with the final issue being published in April
  • Email requests for comments will also cease in April
